1. Products and Services.
MicrodoseSA supplies medicinal mushroom capsules, whole dried mushroom fruiting bodies, tinctures and powdered medicinal mushrooms. We sell through our online store www.microdosesa.co.za. We currently only sell to customers within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Country of domicile.
MicrodoseSA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and as such chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement in respect of court process, notice and all forms of communication or documentation.
3. Company Responsibility.
MicrodoseSA is responsible for all transactions that take place on the above forementioned website. Transactions include sale of goods, customer service and support, discourse resolution and the delivery of goods.
4.Customer Details.
MicrodoseSA stores customer contact and purchase history details. Tokenization is enabled on the website. For payments customers are redirected and enter their card details on a secure website hosted by Paystack South Africa (PTY) LTD which is an approved payment gateway operating in the Republic of South Africa. 5. Payment Options.
MicrodoseSA utilizes Paystack South Africa (PTY) LTD.
Paystack allows for secure payments across Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards, Masterpass, Snapscan & Secure EFT.
6. Shipping
6.1 Road Freight
MicrodoseSA uses ' The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd ' to deliver orders nationwide. Kwa-Zulu Natal orders may sometimes be delivered using a local courier service at the same rate as a national courier. Orders are shipped at a standard road freight charge of R109.00.
6.2 Pudo Locker Pickup
Pudo locker delivery and collection is the cheapest way to receive your order. At a standard rate of R69.00 your order will be delivered to the Pudo locker of your choice. Once in your selected locker you will receive a pin code via sms and email to collect. You have 24 hours to collect it at your convenience. Select Pudo Pickup option at checkout, follow the link to find your locker of choice and enter it into the space provided.

MicrodoseSA reserves the right to change the delivery charge should the courier company adjust their fee's due to fuel price increases or any other circumstances.
Subject to availability, products purchased and confirmed by way of a successful payment notification will be processed within 1 - 2 working days and dispatched for delivery. Please note working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. Deliveries cannot be made to plots, farms, small holdings or any other remote area. If you are unsure, please contact us for delivery resolution. Please take note at checkout for the estimated delivery date.
7. Free Delivery / Discount Coupons
Free delivery for order totals of R1000.00 and over after discount coupons. Should an order qualify for free shipping and a discount coupon is redeemed which lowers the subtotal below R1000.00, a shipping charge will apply. Please select the " Mushroom Man Delivery Activated " option on the Shipping Method page during checkout to receive free shipping. MicrodoseSA reserves the right to limit the number of uses or cancel discount coupons at our discretion.
8. Returns / Refunds / Replacements / Non-Receipt
Should a product be shown as in-stock and purchased by the customer but is unavailable, MicrodoseSA reserves the right to ( after informing the customer by way of email or telephone ) either replace the aforementioned product with an equally valued product or refund the customer within 30 days.
Orders cancelled by the customer after processing has started will incur a 30% administration and restocking fee.
Orders cancelled before processing has started will incur a 10% administration fee.
Orders may be returned within 7 days for a product refund provided they are unopened and in original condition. Opened or damaged products for health and safety reasons cannot be returned, restocked or refunded. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
MicrodoseSA reserves the right to replace or refund (within 30 days) any order not received within 12 days from the payment transaction date.
No refunds will be issued should the courier company try to deliver an order but are unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable on one or more delivery attempts.
No refunds will be issued should you select the Pudo locker pickup option and do not collect your parcel before the pin code to unlock the locker expires.
Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. Customer Privacy Policy
MicrodoseSA will take all reasonable measures to protect the customers personal information. Personal information shall be defined according to the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The products on offer have not been evaluated, approved or verified by SAHPRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority ) . Some images from this website have been sourced from the internet and we do not lay claim, rights or ownership thereof. Images shown on this website may vary from the actual product and are to be used for reference only.
13. Products Sold On Behalf Of Other Companies.
MicrodoseSA (PTY) LTD stocks and sells certain products on behalf of other companies. These products are identified as such in the product description and the Customer releases and holds harmless MicrodoseSA, the owner and the employee's with respect to any and all injury, illness, disability or death as a result of their use. 14. Paw Prints Donation
Donation payments will be grouped and payed across to Paw Prints once a month via EFT. We will provide Paw Prints with all the invoices and amounts donated to them with the contact details of the person making the donation. A Paw Prints company representative will contact you to acknowledge the receipt of the payment. If you have not already done so, please consider donating to this worthy cause.
15. Terms and Conditions Variation
MicrodoseSA reserves the right to change these 'terms and conditions' or any part thereof at any time and without notice. Please routinely read the entire agreement before each purchase to familiarize yourself with any changes.
